My own stress built up so gradually that I didn’t notice it—until the day I found myself sobbing in my car at the thought of going into work. You don’t have to feel stressed for stressors to take their toll. Bit by bit, mine had eroded my coping capacity until all I could think about was surviving the day.

Fortunately, I stumbled across a CPHT-trained hypnotherapist who was able to explain why I was feeling the way I was, and more importantly, how I could change that. 

She created a space where I could think clearly, for the first time in forever, and helped me to find ways to create that space for myself.

Each group session has a simple structure containing the following key elements: What’s been good?; Brain explanation, tips and tricks; Visualisation exercise; Relaxation and trance. 

By the end of the reset, you should find that you can think more clearly about the future, have a better understanding of how the stressors in your life affect you and have already taken steps to take control of your stress levels.
