Solution Focused Walking Therapy

Studies have shown that walking in natural spaces such as parks is significantly more relaxing than walking in built up areas, and that people are more creative after gentle exercise than they are when they have been sitting down.

 Solution focused walking therapy combines movement, nature and a solution focused approach, allowing you to think clearly about what you want and how you are going to achieve it.
